MY BOUNDARIES & EXPECTATIONS

I am a licensed professional, held to the highest standards of the American Massage Therapy Association. 

I am not licensed to diagnose or treat any illness or disorder. I may give some advice or recommendations per your request in regards to your goals (i.e., stretches, exercises,etc.); by booking with me you acknowledge that my scope of practice is limited to providing manual techniques for the benefit of soft tissue health. 

As a mobile massage therapist, safety is my top priority. Male clients will be by referral only. 

If, at any point, my safety is compromised during the session, it will be stopped immediately and full payment will be due.

CLIENT NEEDS & BOUNDARIES

Your comfort and safety is important to me. Pressure, style of music, volume, and temperature can be adjusted.

You will always be modestly draped. I will never work on an area you feel uncomfortable with. 

Discussions and your personal health records are kept confidential. 

PAYMENT

Payment is due at the time of service. I do not give refunds. 

Annual rate increases may apply.

LATE/CANCELLATION POLICY

I commit to arriving on time for our sessions; I will be there 20-30 minutes ahead of the first session's start time to ensure I have everything set up. I expect an intentional space clear of furniture in your office or home to give me adequate room to work by the time I arrive. If you have questions regarding an appropriate amount of space, feel free to email or contact me.

Life happens to everyone and I will do my best to accomodate unanticipated events. I do ask, however, that a 24-hour notice is given for any schedule changes. Last-minute cancellations will be charged the full rate.

Please reschedule if you are feeling unwell; this helps keep yourself, me and others protected! I reserve the right to reschedule with you for a better time if I feel that massage therapy would not be appropriate for an acute condition. 

EXISTING & NEW MEDICAL CONDITIONS

It is your responsibility to keep me informed of any medical conditions or changes in medical conditions. If there is a health concern that would require precaution in any way (i.e., cancer, blood clots, acute injuries, numbness, heart issues) I will require a physician's written permission that massage may be given.
