Chair Massage

Looking for the perfect way to boost employee morale, health & wellness in your workplace? Each recipient of a chair massage (15 or 20 minutes) will experience the usual health benefits of massage with additional convenience. I bring a specialized ergonomic chair to your location, and those who are unfamiliar with the experience of massage therapy will appreciate how this treatment can be done over the clothing. 

Don't just take my word for it -- LinkedIn's analysis of corporate chair massage has shown an 85% stress reduction after just a short massage, increased immunity and quality of sleep, and heightened focus and productivity (Daniela Coletti, LinkedIn, 2019). 

**A minimum commitment of 2 hours is required ($180), which includes 6 15-minute or 5 20-minute massages with 5 minutes between each person for turnover time. Each additional hour can be added for $75. An employee sign-up sheet will be provided prior to the scheduled day (at your convenience) to give adequate time to fill all slots. A 50% nonrefundable deposit will be required 24 hours prior to the scheduled day and time.

Prenatal Massage

Prenatal Massage is a style of bodywork designed specifically for pregnant women. Pregnancy is a time when a woman's body endures tremendous stress due to dramatic physical and emotional changes. Using various techniques specially developed for the expecting mother, Prenatal Massage helps release the pain and discomfort experienced throughout pregnancy. The benefits are profound, including emotional support, the relief of joint pain due to extra weight and postural imbalance, and improved breathing and relaxation.

I have several different bolstering systems on hand to ensure the most comfortable experience for you as an expectant mother. In general, I recommend the sidelying position beginning in the second trimester, but every body is different! I am happy to go over your specific needs and concerns before we begin. 

CranioSacral Therapy

CranioSacral Therapy is a gentle yet powerful technique for optimizing the movement of cerebrospinal fluid through the spine and around the skull. It is effective in releasing neck pain, back pain, and mental stress (among other things). Personally, I have used it most in my practice for issues such as headaches/migraines, depression, anxiety, TMD issues (more casually known as TMJ), pregnancy-related discomfort, and hip dysfunction. It may feel like energy work, since the touch is so gentle, but trust me: I use this touch intentionally to feel for restrictions in the movement of cerebrospinal fluid throughout the body, then correct these restrictions in a natural, profound way. 

***The 30-minute option can be integrated into any length of custom therapeutic massage as an add-on. This is a perfect option if you are curious about this modality and/or want your body to fully integrate the benefits of bodywork.

Hot Stone Add-On

Melt away muscle tension, cramps, and pain with hot stones. Beyond increasing circulation to the affected area and increasing tissue flexibility, it also feels amazing! This modality can be added on to any custom therapeutic massage. 

***Not recommended for a prenatal massage or if you have certain blood conditions. 

Spa Parties

Bring the spa experience to you - a perfect way to celebrate a girls' night in, birthday, bachelorette party, or any other type of event! Guests can receive anything from a 15-minute chair massage to a 30, 45, or 60 minute session.

We require a 2-hour minimum booking time and a 50% deposit due with reservation. Cancellations will be required within 24 hours of the event, and the deposit will be refunded with adequate notice.
